Today, 239 years ago the United States Constitution was signed, and later ratified in 1788. 🇺🇸

The 7th Amendment (👋 hi, Bill of Rights! We see you!) passed through Congress one year later in 1789, and was ratified by the states in 1791.

Meet the Convention Headliners: Kimball Jones, Jacqueline Bretell and Josh Berrett

Kimball Jones, Jacqueline Bretell and Josh Berrett of Bighorn Law are teaming up for a practical look at pre-litigation opening policies, litigation bad faith, and open policy cases.

Together, they bring experience spanning personal injury litigation, complex insurance disputes, bad-faith case development, trial strategy, and law firm leadership, offering Convention attendees a well-rounded perspective on recognizing opportunities and building stronger cases from the start.

If insurance issues are part of your practice, this is a session worth making time for.
