What was meant to be a serious court session at Freedom Hall quickly turned into a humanitarian and atmospheric crisis after an individual widely believed to have been sent by the SPLM allegedly farted .

The incident nearly claimed the life of the aging Vice President, Dr Riek Machar, whose deteriorating health could not withstand the toxic courtroom conditions, while all the 7 co-accused reportedly choked and collapsed temporarily.

The Public have launched urgent calls to โ€œSave the Old Man Dr Riek and the 7 co-accusedโ€, demanding that future court sessions be held in the open air, or at the very least somewhere with windows, oxygen, and respect for human lungs. Observers say the closed-door nature of the proceedings has now gone beyond transparency concerns and entered the realm of chemical warfare aimed at attacking Dr Riek and the 7 co-accused biologically.

We're reiterating what we've been telling you since the war started in Gambella. This is a call to witness the truth: Anuak people from Pochalla, South Sudan, wearing South Sudan army uniforms, were responsible for the attack on Tharpam Kebele, where Ethiopian Nuer citizens and refugees reside.

We have eyewitness accounts and concrete evidence proving Anuak individuals mobilized from their woredas and Pochalla to attack the Nuer community in Ethiopia. No one can deny this fact.

A call to all Nuer youth, ladies, and gentlemen: we must stand united. Anuak actions demand a strong response. It's time to defend our rights and protect our children. No mercy, no forgiveness. Let's unite and fight back ๐Ÿ’ช.

We respectfully call upon your offices to urgently intervene in support of Anyuak individuals who have recently been displaced from their places of origin because of their own hate and selfishness to inherit the land alone.

Many of these displaced persons, including women and children, are currently living in extremely precarious conditions. Reports indicate that children are sheltering in bush areas where there is no reliable access to food, clean drinking water, or basic services. Their situation exposes them to serious health and protection risks and requires immediate humanitarian attention.

We therefore request the following urgent actions:

1. Immediate registration of the displaced Anyuak population to ensure they are formally recognized and eligible for refugee assistance.
2. Provision of life-saving support, including food assistance, clean water, shelter materials, and basic health services.
3. Identification and allocation of a safe residential area where the displaced population can reside with dignity and security. Especially, relocating them to Dimma would be advisable for them to live with no fear.
4. Consideration of relocation to Dimma Woreda, based on safety concerns and the expressed preference of the displaced community, as a measure to reduce further risk and vulnerability would be highly appreciated.

5. Relocate SS refugees in Pinyudo and Jewi camp to Abol.

This appeal is made strictly on humanitarian grounds, with the aim of protecting civilian livesโ€”especially childrenโ€”and preventing further suffering. We trust that RRS, IOM, WFP, and UNHCR will act swiftly in line with their mandates to address this urgent situation.
