Which is better, gradual change or abrupt change? (part 3)
useful phrases:

Gradual changes are better ‘cause:
✔️gradual changes are easier to deal with
✔️it’s easier to adapt to gradual changes
✔️it’s easier to get used to some circumstances when things are changing slowly
✔️you have more time to think everything through
✔️you have enough time to mentally prepare for new circumstances

Abrupt change is worse ‘cause:
✔️you can’t prepare for this change

Abrupt change is worse ‘cause it can:
✔️take the wind out of your sails
✔️make you feel like your world is crumbling down around you
✔️pull the carpet from beneath your feet
✔️make you feel totally confused and out of sorts
✔️make you doubt yourself
