Adult adoptions are a bit simpler and often involve a stepparent or a grandparent wanting to adopt an adult stepchild or grandchild. An adult adoption creates a legal relationship between an adult and another individual adult as their adoptive parent.

We also help parents adopt infants and children under 18; from the initial petition, through placement periods, evaluations, the adoption hearing to make it official, and when you are now the legal parents, we also file the request for new birth certificates reflecting your child's new last name and your legal parentage.
