Big closing day today!

Our team’s agent Bradley Frye had the opportunity to represent both the seller and the buyer on this one, and it was a really smooth, well-executed transaction from start to finish.

The home went under contract in just about a month on the market, and we were able to get everything wrapped up and closed in less than a month after that. Always a great feeling when things move efficiently and both sides walk away happy.

This Memorial Day, we remember the men and women who sacrificed everything so we could enjoy the freedoms and moments we often take for granted; family gatherings, backyard barbecues, and the comfort of home.

Discovering The Center at Northview *right here in Hendricks County* has been a total game-changer for this work-from-home mom! ☕👶💻

On rainy or cold days, it’s my little oasis: a huge indoor play center for my 3-year-old, an indoor football field and track for energy release, plus a cozy coffee shop where I can actually get work done.

It’s always clean, has free Wi-Fi, and best of all… it’s free! No TV, no screens, just fun, safe play while I sip my coffee and tackle emails. Highly recommend it to any parent looking for a stress-free way to survive a day indoors.

Meet the Team: Todd Messer | Owner + Broker

Todd is the one who started it all at Indiana Home Realty 16 years ago, and brings nothing but great vibes to our team. Born and raised in Indiana, he knows the market, but more importantly, he knows how to take care of people.

He leads the way we work: straightforward, communicative, and always doing right by the client. He’s the steady presence who keeps everything moving and reminds us that how we treat people matters just as much as the outcome.

Around here, we’re a team that feels a lot like a second family, and Todd is a big part of why. He’s built something where people support each other, show up for one another, and genuinely enjoy doing this together.

Outside of work, he’s all about his family, his dog Reggie, cheering on the Cubs and Steelers, and any excuse to get to the beach.

Fun fact: Todd ran track at Purdue on scholarship, competing in distance events and putting up times that held strong for years… and yes, there was a mullet + mustache era. If you’ve seen it, you know—it deserves its own highlight reel.
