Price Point: The median sales price is $731,900, up 2.4% from February.

Speed: Homes are moving fast, with a median of just 15 days on the market.

Inventory: 80 active listings provide a 2.3-month supply.

Greater Bozeman (Outside City Limits)
High End: This area remains the most expensive, with a median price of $870,000.

Inventory Spike: Inventory is high at 107 homes, a 16.3% increase from both last month and last year.

Supply: Buyers have more options here with a 4.0-month supply.

City of Belgrade
Stable Growth: The median price reached $599,900, up 7.3% from February.

Tightest Market: Belgrade has the lowest supply at just 1.7 months, down 37.2% from last year.

Sales Volume: Activity is high with 33 closed sales and 39 new listings this month.

City of Livingston (Park County)
Record Speed: Homes in Livingston are flying off the shelf with a median of only 5 days on market.

Inventory Shift: While speed is high, inventory has grown significantly, up 194.7% year over year to 21 homes.

Months Supply: Currently sitting at a 7.0-month supply.

🎨 Bozeman friends — here’s a great event worth supporting! 🎨

The Bozeman Art Museum’s Miniature Art Auction is happening this Friday, 5:30–8:30 PM at the Baxter Hotel — and it’s their biggest fundraiser of the year!

The funds raised help keep the museum’s exhibits, youth programs, and community art events free for everyone. They also provide art classes, supplies, and teachers to local schools and non-profits at no cost — what an awesome initiative!

This year, they’re hoping to raise enough to bring on another part-time art teacher/program coordinator and move closer to their dream of a new location and expanded art spaces.
