Finding the evidence is only part of the challenge.
Getting it admitted is where many trial battles begin.
A photograph. A police report. A translated document. An expert opinion. A key witness.
The evidence may seem compelling, but foundation requirements, evidentiary objections, motions in limine, and witness issues can determine whether it reaches the jury at all.
For litigators, understanding what gets admitted, what gets excluded, and why can be just as important as the evidence itself.
