When looking for a new home, prospective buyers are sometimes hesitant about moving into a community with a Homeowners Association.

While HOAs enforce specific guidelines for your home, these communities are often more secure than those that lack an Association. In many cases, it is the role of the HOA to ensure gated entrances, 24/7 security patrols, surveillance cameras, and other security systems are in place to protect all residents.
