❤️ RAW & REAL MONDAY — PART TWO!

Let’s talk about INTEGRITY, PERSONAL GROWTH, and HAPPINESS!

The last two weeks have taught me A LOT about people, integrity, and most importantly, MYSELF!

I’ve experienced situations that could have easily brought out a different side of me. But you know what I’m most proud of?

I DIDN’T REACT!

I didn’t allow someone else’s behavior, ignorance, or lack of integrity to dictate mine.

I’ve learned that not everyone deserves an explanation. Not every situation deserves my energy. And sometimes the most powerful response is NO RESPONSE AT ALL!

That’s GROWTH! And I’m proud of it!

One thing I will NEVER compromise is my integrity.

If I give you my word, I MEAN IT! If I tell you I’m going to do something, I’m going to do my very best to follow through.

And I expect the same from the people I surround myself with.

You can have a MILLION DOLLARS in the bank, own multiple properties, drive fancy cars, and have everything money can buy. But if you don’t have integrity, wisdom, kindness, or genuine relationships, what is all of that really worth?

I’d rather have LESS and be genuinely HAPPY than have EVERYTHING and be MISERABLE!

Give me genuine friendships, honest conversations, laughter, peace, loyalty, and people who mean what they say!

Life is too short to entertain nonsense, compete with people, or allow anyone to steal your joy.

I’m not perfect. I’m still learning, still growing, and still working on becoming a better version of myself every single day.

But one thing I know for sure is that I’m genuinely PROUD of how far I’ve come!

I’ve learned that you can stand up for yourself without lowering yourself to someone else’s level.

You can be KIND without being WEAK.

You can FORGIVE without allowing someone back into your life.

And you can walk away without having to prove a single thing!

Keep your WORD. Protect your PEACE. Choose KINDNESS. And NEVER let someone else’s lack of character change yours!

MAINTENANCE MATTERS!

After 25 years in real estate, I’ve seen it time and time again. Homeowners put off little repairs, ignore routine maintenance, and before they know it, they have a laundry list of expensive problems!

Then comes the time to SELL, and suddenly the buyer has a HUGE list of repair requests! Things that could have been prevented with a little maintenance along the way.

And if you’re not planning on selling, guess what? Those problems don’t magically disappear! They get WORSE!

One small issue turns into another, and before you know it, you’re facing thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs.

Your home is one of your biggest investments. TAKE CARE OF IT!

Quick Story Time! 🏡❤️🇺🇸

One of the greatest compliments I can receive as a REALTOR® is a referral from a happy client!

My clients referred me to their friends, who were also living overseas in Japan. As someone who absolutely LOVES working with military families, I knew how important it was to make this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
