Congratulations to the Nace family! 🥳 You may have seen me running all over San Diego 🏃‍♀️🏡 doing virtual tours for them while they were still living in the Bay Area. They had only visited SD for vacations ☀️ but knew it was time to make it home 💛

At first, they had their eyes on one neighborhood, but I had a feeling another area might be an even better fit 🤔✨ When they came down for one weekend (yes, ONE!) we toured 20 homes... no pressure, right? 😅

This home was #3 or #4 on Friday’s list. By Saturday we toured it again, and by Monday we were in escrow 🔑📑

Searching for the right home can be stressful, but I truly want to applaud this couple for how they handled the process—calm, collected, and clear on what mattered most to them 👏💬 It made the experience that much smoother for everyone involved.

Fast forward a few weeks and they’re settling into beautiful Rancho Del Rey, ready to build memories and raise their kiddos in a place that truly feels like home 🏠👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Once your lender gives your financials the green light, you’ll want to stay super consistent. That means:
• No switching banks

Imagine buying a home from across the globe—without ever stepping foot inside! This client trusted us to show him the property virtually, and it was no ordinary deal!
The home came with an assumable VA loan (which took a little extra time) and tenants in place. We handled it all—from coordinating the move-out to managing repairs—while our buyer was overseas! Fast forward, he returns to sunny San Diego (okay, Chula Vista—because it’s the place to be!) and moves right in. Talk about trust and teamwork!
