🎉 Please join us in welcoming Mariusz K. Zatorski to Giamanco Law Partners!

We are excited to announce that Mariusz has joined Giamanco Law Partners as our newest Associate Attorney, bringing our firm to nine attorneys including Joe Giamanco, Phyllis Roman, Corinne Cozort, Melisa Quinones, Nick Carrescia, Matt Wilger, Ihssan Ait-Boucherbil, and Mandy Vee (Amanda Vesley).

Mariusz has been licensed to practice law since 2011 and brings more than 15 years of experience focused on family law. He will primarily represent clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and other family law matters.

Mariusz will be based primarily in our Chicago Loop office, while also working with clients from our Bolingbrook office as needed.

His addition continues the growth of Giamanco Law Partners and strengthens our ability to serve family law clients throughout Chicagoland with experienced, responsive legal representation.

Attorneys have a duty to protect their clients' interests. When that duty is breached, we are committed to helping clients seek the justice and compensation they deserve.

Phyllis Roman at Giamanco Law just completed representation of a client that had hired and trusted a different attorney to pursue a breach of contract case. Instead, that attorney abandoned the case without any communication with the client, resulting in a judgment of more than $200,000 against our client.

When our client turned to our firm, we pursued a legal malpractice claim and fought to hold the attorney accountable. We are proud to have recovered $250,000 from that attorney for our client.
