Today’s office: a $1.2 million Boca Raton home with a seller all the way in San Diego. 🌴🏡

When the owner is across the country, somebody local needs to be the eyes on the property. I walked the home room by room, recorded a two minute video tour and found a water utility notice that needed immediate attention.

Not glamorous, but very important. A vacant home can develop a very expensive personality when nobody is watching.
