🔵 Pinellas County
• Median Price: $452,000 ⬇️ 4.9%
• Homes Sold: 918 ⬆️ 2.6%
• Avg Days on Market: 71 ⬆️
• Inventory: 3.4 months

🟢 Pasco County
• Median Price: $375,000 (flat)
• Homes Sold: 837 ⬆️ 7.6%
• Avg Days on Market: 70 ⬆️
• Inventory: 3.5 months

🔴 Hillsborough County
• Median Price: $430,000 ⬆️ 2.4%
• Homes Sold: 1,175 (steady)
• Avg Days on Market: 71 ⬆️
• Inventory: 3.6 months

💡 What this tells us:
