Today, we pause to celebrate and express our deepest gratitude to our Associate Attorney, Rebecca Kornhauser, as she prepares to embark on an incredible next chapter: clerking for Judge John M. Gallagher in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
From her time serving as a teaching assistant and externing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, to graduating summa cm laude and earning the prestigious Joseph Solomon Award for Character and Fitness, Rebecca has always embodied excellence.
At SRIPLAW, Rebecca brought that same relentless dedication, deep background in the music industry, and strategic legal mind to protecting the rights of creators and businesses. Whether “correcting the mindset” of corporate infringers in federal court or fighting to defend priceless artistic legacies—like her remarkable work in our recent 5X copyright victory—Rebecca has been an indispensable part of our team.
As Rebecca puts it, “It is an opportunity of a lifetime, and I am excited to learn and grow my legal and writing skills while working in chambers.” We couldn’t be more excited for her and this incredible opportunity to continue developing as a lawyer and advocate.
