Boca Raton, October 5, 2026: 71 of 464 houses for sale (15.3%) had been listed before. Each carries more cumulative days on market than its current listing shows.
Of the 196 houses that came to market in September, 24 (12.2%) were returning, not new. The typical relisted house had already spent 148 days on the market before its current listing began and now carries 216 cumulative days. The typical house on its first listing carries 49.
If you own a house in Boca Raton, this is part of the competition you price against. A new listing resets the asking price, not the cumulative days. See the full index before you choose your price: https://www.pbprealestate.com/boca-raton-relisting-index/
