📊 July South Florida Market Update

July brought plenty of movement across the South Florida real estate market. From Palm Beach and Broward to St. Lucie and Miami-Dade, we saw shifts in sales activity, pricing and available inventory compared to this time last year.

One thing remains clear: South Florida real estate is highly local. The trends for single-family homes can look very different from condos and townhomes, and even neighboring communities can tell completely different stories.
