Our strategic partner, the Greater Alabama MLS, wants to remind you that your annual MLS Fees will be added to your accounts on Wednesday, July 1st, and autopay will run on Friday, July 17th.

Here are the key dates to keep in mind:
• June 30th: You must have a card on file and be enrolled to ensure your autopay processes successfully
• July 1st: Invoices will be added to your account
• July 17th: First run of autopay
• July 24th: Second run of autopay
• July 28th: Late Fees added to account
• August 1st: Suspensions added to account

Please make sure that your card on file is up to date in your Member Portal to avoid late fees.

Members are invited to walk with us in the Pride Parade on Saturday evening, June 13, or sign up for a volunteer shift at the BAR table during Pride Fest on Sunday, June 14. REALTOR® Pride T-shirts will be provided for all REALTOR® volunteers.

Friends and family are welcome to join us in the parade, though shirts will only be available for REALTOR® participants. All volunteers must sign up in advance. The Birmingham Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce the release of a new Residential Sales Contract, now available to members in Remine Docs+ and in the MLS Documents in Paragon.

The updated contract includes revisions designed to enhance clarity, improve usability, and support successful transactions throughout our market. We encourage all members to review the new form and familiarize themselves with the changes.

To support a smooth transition, BAR will be offering contract training opportunities in the coming weeks. Training dates and registration details will be announced soon.
