Sometimes using down payment assistance is the only way to get someone into a home sooner rather than later. The cost of waiting to purchase a home could be more than the increased cost when using down payment assistance.

There is a need in the market and many people take advantage of using various down payment assistance programs, and grants. Don’t let the potential increase cost scare you.

The thing to focus on, is the monthly payment affordable for you. ♥️

Downpayment assistance is a great resource for buyers in today’s market but if their is a hiccup along they way like in this case something hit the credit report this could kill a deal.

Sometimes you have to do what you have to do in order to get into a home am I am here to go along in the journey with you.
