Wednesday Win of the Week 🏆🌟

This week, we're featuring a recent success story from one of our REMAX Integrity brokers, Dave Pautsch! 🎉🏠

A VA appraisal came in $13,000 below the contract price, putting the deal at serious risk. After reviewing the report, Dave noticed questionable comps, missing adjustments, and other red flags.

Instead of accepting the result, he consulted with an experienced appraiser, completed a detailed analysis, and submitted a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) to the buyer’s agent and lender.

Just four days later, the VA came back at the full contract price! The deal stayed together, the buyer didn’t have to cover the $13,000 gap, and they’re closing just one day late.

This is what client advocacy looks like: asking questions, doing the homework, and fighting for your clients when it matters most 👏

This week, we're highlighting a recent success story from our REMAX Equity Group broker, Eugene Lew - RE/MAX Equity Group! 🎉🏠

Sometimes, the path to the closing table looks nothing like you expected, and this one is a perfect example.

Eugene recently listed a nearly 6,000-square-foot home with an indoor pool at just under $2 million. After multiple price reductions, decluttering, new photography, and a full relaunch, there still wasn’t a single call or showing.

Rather than give up, Eugene thought outside the box and decided to see what Opendoor would say, never expecting they’d even be an option for a home at this price point.

They made an offer! 🙌 While the offer came in significantly below the list price, it allowed Eugene’s sellers to move closer to family in Madres, and ultimately, that was the win ❤️
