Appellate practice is one of the most challenging yet rewarding areas of practice for attorneys, but not all lawyers handle appeals.

For me, I love the challenge of examining a trial record for issues and (sometimes) being able to shape the law. There is nothing more satisfying than both winning a case for your client and having a positive effect on the law for future cases.

Today, I’m reviewing multiple appeal cases, all with their own intricacies. I’m digging into various legal issues on each one, and I couldn’t be happier because I’m really in my element.
