El abogado Paul Scott explica qué significa el Boletín de visas de octubre de 2026 para quienes tienen una aplicación aprobada de Visa Especial Juvenil (SIJS) u otra categoría EB-4. Por lo tanto, si su caso se presentó antes del 1 de enero de 2025, es posible que ahora cumpla los requisitos para solicitar la residencia permanente (tarjeta verde).

Attorney Paul Scott explains what the October 2026 Visa Bulletin means for those with an approved Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) application or another EB-4 category application. So, if your case was filed before January 1, 2025, you may now be eligible to apply for permanent residence (green card).
