UPDATE: GRACE HEBERT THREATENED TO SUE US for EXPOSING their faulty design! Instead of taking accountability, they decided to Double Down and send us a cease-and-desist. (See comments for the full letter from their lawyer). Grace Hebert aka Grace Design Studio contends that the drainage issues have been remedied with drains, that our last video "misrepresents the current condition" and that they “exceeded the architectural standard of care”. Tell me if you agree with Grace Designs after watching this video from LAST week. Feel free to tag them, because they blocked us. Maybe they don’t like seeing their work ;).

GRACE HEBERT'S DESIGN FLOODS OUR OFFICE:
Grace Hebert Architects (now Grace Design Studios) designed our office building’s parking garage without drains or a slope. This video shows what it looks like after even a light rain. It’s great for skimboarding, but not so great for parking. We could have been more clear that our intended use of the parking garage was for parking (as opposed to wetland research), but after 6 years of “bandaids”, Grace Hebert has refused to negotiate or arbitrate the repairs without a “Certificate of Merit” that this claim is not frivolous or baseless. No one else has suggested that the drainage issue is baseless. In fact, most agree that Grace Hebert’s design is unacceptable and dangerous.

If you are looking for a commercial architect, feel free to call Spencer Calahan Injury Lawyers for feedback on our experience. I would not recommend. Grace Hebert Curtis Architects Grace Design Studios
