The stats are in the graphic. What they don't show is the context: Canton has come off a competitive peak and settled into a more measured market — which, for investors, often means better entry conditions than the frenzied years.
Row homes in the $175K–$210K range are still available for rehab. The rental demand hasn't followed the sales market down. Southeast Baltimore is one of those spots where the fundamentals hold even when the headline numbers move.
