The Charm City Fringe Festival celebrates experimental theater and performance art in the Bromo Arts District from November 1 to 11, with more than 90 performances by artists from all over North America. Fringe will feature theater, comedy, dance, crankies, film and more in a walkable area of the Bromo, with a box office at Mt.
