As a seasoned litigator, Nathan represents plaintiffs in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and product liability cases against manufacturers, transportation companies, and other large corporations. His experience on both sides of the courtroom gives him a unique perspective. He understands the strategies used by major companies and now puts that knowledge to work advocating for the people who stand against them.

Before joining Wilshire Law Firm, Nathan defended corporate clients at an international law firm and a Los Angeles litigation firm and served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Civil Litigation Division for the District of Columbia.

We’re proud to share that Senior Partner and Trial Attorney Ryan Casey, Esq., and Associate Attorney Edwin Salguero have been featured in the latest edition of Advocate magazine. In their article, “Uber and Lyft’s Other Limitation on Injured Parties’ Rights to Recover Damages,” they examine how California Senate Bill 371 has dramatically reduced insurance coverage available to Uber and Lyft passengers injured by uninsured or underinsured drivers and what this means for accident victims.

The article highlights the importance of early case evaluation, identifying all available sources of recovery, and adapting litigation strategy to help maximize compensation for injured clients.
