The "Golden Handcuffs" of low mortgage rates might finally have a key. 🔐🏡

Congress just introduced the MOVE Act. If passed, it would legally allow you to package up your current 3% mortgage rate and move it to a new house. No more losing your low payment just because you outgrew your home.

The current roadblock: Wall Street investors who buy mortgage securities expect loans to close when a house is sold, so portability disrupts the entire financial system.

It’s still in the early committee phases with no vote scheduled yet, but it’s a massive housing policy to watch.

This is the future of landscaping! One of our team members Mona Pinon attended Greenworks Power demonstration at BC of the Optimus Greenzie & the Roomba for the yard robotic lawn mower. The AiMowbot & Optimow series navigate, cut grass, and return to a charging dock on their own.

There was an Assembly Bill that passed which banded the resale of gas mowers and lawn equipment. This Zero Emissions law doesn't prevent the use of gas now, but if you try to buy from the store, it will be battery powered or corded.
