Okay I’ve done enough of the hints, I’m spilling the tea! 👀🫡
I officially moved my real estate business to Open House Austin!
I actually planned to share this a few weeks ago, but September clearly had other plans for me. 😂 (IYKYK)
This wasn’t a decision I took lightly. I’ve spent the last five years at a larger brokerage and genuinely valued the experience, resources and everything I learned there. For me, this move came down to alignment and where I’ve felt pulled to go next.
Maybe it’s the small town girl in me, but there are things I’ve always loved about smaller locally connected businesses. I wanted to find a way to have that sense of community and collaboration without giving up the technology, resources, strategy or level of service I’m able to provide my clients.
Basically, I wanted the best of both worlds and I feel like I found it. 🫶
If we know each other, there’s a good chance we originally connected through a referral, an event, an online community, or even because you liked how I sold a home in your neighborhood. My business has always grown through real relationships, and Open House Austin gives me more opportunities to stay connected to the people and communities I serve through education, events and just being more involved locally.
But the core of my business isn’t changing. I still love the strategy behind selling a home well, figuring out how to position it in the market, knowing where the leverage is in a negotiation, and helping my clients make smart decisions when they’re buying, selling or making a bigger move.
And hey, if you want absolutely nothing more than a business relationship with me bc you just really like how I help you buy or sell real estate, I’m totally cool with that too. 😂 I promise it won’t hurt my feelings.
Same Realtor. New brokerage. A place that feels aligned with how I’ve always naturally done business.
And yes, I think we need a lil party to celebrate. What do ya say? 👀🎉
