A few of the Central Texas counties I’ve been putting miles on the truck for this year. 🤠

Some days that means previewing listings. Other days it means walking acreage, researching improvements, studying comps, asking questions, and gathering the information my clients need before making a decision.

Land and rural property usually require a little more than what you can see online.

That’s the part I enjoy most. The fact finding, the property research, and helping buyers and sellers understand what they have in front of them and what the next move should look like.

Next up, I’m working on potential listings in McLennan County and San Saba County.

A lifetime around land, horses, livestock, and plenty of strong personalities has turned out to be pretty useful in real estate. 😂🤠

So sad to hear of Dolly Parton’s passing. What an extraordinary life, legacy, and reminder to live fully, love people well, and always stay true to who you are.
