This project will take and how homeowners who face I35 in both sides will be affected. This has been in talks for many years and last years it was a go !! Now stop 🛑, who’s in favor ?

Texas leaders are attracting big companies and turning the state into a major hub for business and finance through new business-friendly laws and the Texas Stock Exchange.

We’re hosting back-to-back conversations to explore these new initiatives and the opportunities they could create for Texas businesses, workers and the state’s economy.

The first conversation examines the legislative and political coalition that advanced efforts to boost the Texas economy. Speakers include:
• State Sen. Bryan Hughes, R-Mineola
• State Rep. Morgan Meyer, R-University Park

The second focuses on the new law’s legal and business implications. Speakers include:

🌕 It’s Almost Time for the March 3, 2026 Blood Moon!

On March 3, 2026, the Moon will drift into the deepest part of Earth’s shadow, transforming into a glowing red sphere in the night sky. This total lunar eclipse happens when the Sun, Earth, and Moon line up perfectly, and Earth’s atmosphere bends sunlight onto the Moon — filtering out blues and leaving behind rich crimson and copper shades.

For nearly an hour, the Moon will be fully covered in Earth’s umbra, creating that dramatic “Blood Moon” glow skywatchers love. The color can range from deep red to rusty orange, depending on atmospheric conditions at the time.
