A complaint doesn’t always lead to discipline. ⚖️

After a physician faced allegations of appearing intoxicated at work, Bertolino LLP presented evidence of ongoing sobriety, treatment compliance, and strong character support to the Texas Medical Board. The firm argued that additional disciplinary action or Board monitoring was unnecessary under the circumstances.

TMB dismissed the case and referred the physician to a private monitoring program instead.
