We LOVE when clients are ready to go all-in on their homeownership dreams! ❤️

We first connected with Gurpreet & Mark in July, and as we welcome October, they’re officially homeowners of this absolute gem in Great Hills!

And when we say GEM… we mean it. A gorgeous renovated kitchen, spacious interiors, mature trees, and a backyard that basically doubles as a private resort: pool + spa, sport court, expansive deck, and firepit. 😍

And their boys? Already OBSESSED with the pool and sport court. Safe to say we know where they’ll be spending most of their time. 😂🏀 🤽‍♂️

We can already see the backyard BBQs, endless pool days, basketball games, and cozy nights around the firepit when those chilly Austin nights finally arrive. ❄️

This is the kind of closing we love—not just finding a beautiful home, but finding the home that fits the life our clients want to live. ❤️
