What would we actually do after a car or truck wreck if we were the ones injured?

I’m starting a new series with a great friend of mine, Carter Twitty, a movement coach here in Dallas, where we’re breaking down some of the things we would personally focus on during recovery.

Part 1: Sleep.

Recovery starts with giving your body the opportunity to recover. We talk about sleep quantity, morning sunlight, screen habits, meal timing, and some of the simple things we both use to support better rest.

This series isn’t about shortcuts. It’s about taking recovery seriously and being intentional with the things you can control.

More coming with Carter.

Compassion changes how you show up for people.

You can’t take away someone else’s loss or suffering but you can stand beside them, serve them, and give them everything you have.

For Ramez, that’s what keeps him grounded: control the effort, care deeply, and give your best, no matter the outcome.

💰 You might have money waiting for you and not even know it.

Unclaimed checks, refunds, insurance payments, old accounts… if the money couldn’t make its way to you, it may have been turned over to your state.

Ramez has an early Christmas gift for you: search your name on your state’s official unclaimed property website. You might be surprised by what you find.

Found something? 👀 Let us know in the comments.

The response to this series has meant so much to me. 🇵🇸

These feelings have been in my heart my entire life, and seeing your messages of love and support has been incredibly meaningful.

I want to keep the conversation going around peace, understanding, and support for the Palestinian people.

What should we talk about next?

09/02/2026

“I am pro-Israel and I’m pro-Palestine. I want everybody to have freedom. I want everybody to live in peace.” 🇵🇸

I’ve seen the oppression and discrimination firsthand. That’s why I choose to speak up.

I’m against war. I’m for peace, freedom and humanity for everyone.

Part 3 and the final chapter of What It Means to Be Palestinian.
