🏡 July 2026 Brevard County Market Update

Brevard County’s housing market is showing some interesting shifts this month. The median sales price reached $360,000, up 1.77% from July 2025, while 1,084 homes sold, a slight 1.3% increase year over year.

At the same time, active inventory dropped significantly compared with last July, and homes are moving faster. There were 4,072 active listings, down 20.6%, while average days on market improved from 82 days to 75 days.

What does that mean? Brevard isn't one simple “buyer’s market” or “seller’s market.” Price point, location and property condition still matter tremendously — and we're seeing different levels of activity depending on where a home falls in the market.

🏡 July 2026 Augusta Area Market Update

Columbia and Richmond Counties are telling two slightly different stories this month, but there’s one thing they have in common: buyers have more choices than they did this time last year.

Inventory is up in both counties, homes are taking a little longer to sell, and pricing remains relatively steady year over year. That means we're continuing to see a market where pricing and preparation matter for sellers — and buyers may have a little more room to negotiate.

📍 Columbia County: Median sales price $355,215
📍 Richmond County: Median sales price $213,500

As a native Augustan, this one makes me smile.

I've always believed Augusta was one of the best places to call home, and it's exciting to see the rest of the country recognizing what so many of us have known all along.

LinkedIn recently named Augusta the #1 "City on the Rise" in the United States for 2026, highlighting our area's incredible career growth, affordability, and expanding opportunities in industries like cybersecurity, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.

I've been blessed to call Augusta home my entire life and have spent nearly 30 years helping families buy and sell homes throughout the CSRA. I've watched our community grow while still holding onto the Southern charm, hospitality, and sense of community that make this area so special.
