Payment isn’t the only thing that should matter when you are buying a home. Especially your first home.

Other things you SHOULD take into consideration are:

Is the area growing?
What’s being built nearby?
What will resale look like in 5 years?
Is this home positioned well long term?

That’s the difference between simply buying a house and making a smart real estate move.

I tell my clients all the time… your purchase price matters, but your LOCATION and long term strategy matter just as much. 🏡

A valued member of our community is searching for her 16-year-old son, Benjamin Brathwaite, who is currently missing. We are sharing this to help bring awareness and extend our reach in hopes of helping the Atlanta Police Department locate him safely.

Benjamin is 6’5” 175 pounds
He was last seen on Monday, April 27, 2026, at his home in the area of Regency Trace SW, around 9:30 PM, wearing black sweatpants, black hoodie, white t-shirt, and black Nike running shoes.
