I don’t require deposits — but I do require confirmation.
You will receive a text 30-45 mins before your appointment time, once you receive that text, I need a confirmation. If you don’t respond within 15 mins your appointment will be CANCELED.
I’ve had clients schedule through my booking website, but don’t confirm once the time approaches.
To avoid unnecessary travel & time I’ve implemented this policy.
