Thinking about adding apostille services to your business?

Learn the documents. Know what questions to ask. Set your pricing. Create your intake process. Build your workflow.

Start keeping a journal from DAY ONE.

Your notary journal is more than just another thing to carry in your bag. It creates a record of your appointments, who you met with, when the notarization took place, what type of document was notarized, and other important details.

You may think you’ll remember an appointment months from now… you probably won’t. 😂

Keeping good records can help you stay organized and give you something to reference if a notarization is ever questioned later.

My advice: make journaling part of your routine from the beginning. Don’t wait until you wish you had a record.

Kinda busy… building the life I asked for. 🤎

Some days it’s the gym. Some days it’s apostilles, field inspections, notary appointments, emails, content, clients, and making moves behind the scenes.

Nothing crazy 😂 Just staying consistent, handling business, and becoming the version of me that doesn’t keep putting things off.

Need a birth certificate or other certified documents apostilled?

First things first, you need the RIGHT copy of the document. A regular photocopy usually won’t work.

A good rule to remember: go back to where the document was issued. If your birth certificate was issued in another state, that’s where you’ll need to request your certified copy.
