Do you have a dispute with a family member, neighbor, or other person that needs to be resolved but you don't want the hassle and cost of litigation, give me a call and we can mediate the disagreement.
A family is having difficulty with a will and two different sides have differing thoughts on the reading of the will. I can help with that.
Two neighbors have a dispute over boundary lines and need a "cost-effective" solution. I can help with that.
A landlord and tenants are having a disagreement over the terms of the lease agreement. I can help with that.

With the cost of litigation being between $5,000 and $15,000 (or more), what if you could reduce your disagreement and come to a mediation for $750 per side? You could walk away with a written mediated settlement agreement that is a contract between the parties on how the dispute is settled.
