Thankful Thursday 🌿

This week I’m feeling grateful for one of my go-to spots every gardening season — Bay Laurel Nursery.

I make a point to stop by every year for my garden starters, and it’s also the first place I went when I needed fruit trees a couple of years ago. Their selection and quality make it an easy choice.

What really stands out, though, is the staff. They’re always friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions — which makes a big difference whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started.

Beyond their fruit trees and garden starters, they also offer a great variety of native plants, seasonal flowers and even garden art. It’s one of those places where you can always find something new depending on the season.

If you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth a stop next time you’re thinking about your yard or garden projects. 🌸🌱

Thankful Thursday 🍷

This week I wanted to give a little shout out to a new-to-me winery, Decemil Estate Wines, . I attended a small event on Friday at their winery, and I absolutely loved their rosé. Honestly, it’s one of the best rosés I’ve had in quite a while. With summer right around the corner, a chilled glass of rosé always seems to hit the spot for me.

What’s especially fun is that they’re a small winery with a tasting room right downtown Paso Robles, which makes it super easy to stop in and try their wines.

The Best of the West Antique Equipment Show is happening this weekend in Santa Margarita! 🚜🌾
