📊 Greater Atlanta | August → September 2026

🏡 Homes Sold: 3,326 → 2,680, down 19.4%.
💰 Average Sales Price: $571,604 → $587,220, up 2.7%.
⏱️ Average Days on Market: 38.7 → 42.9 days, up 10.9%.

🍁 North Fulton Spotlight | August → September 2026

🏡 Homes Sold:235 → 183, down 22.1%.
💰 Average Sales Price:$1,057,770 → $1,031,721, down 2.5%.
⏱️ Average Days on Market:30.8 → 31.9 days, up 3.6%.

🏡 Cherokee County Spotlight | August → September 2026

🏡 Homes Sold:322 → 248, down 23.0%.
💰 Average Sales Price:$566,963 → $585,249, up 3.2%.
⏱️ Average Days on Market:39.1 → 45.9 days, up 17.4%.

What does this mean for your next move?

Buyers, give yourself time to compare homes and evaluate the full cost of ownership. Sellers, make sure your price and presentation measure up to nearby competition, especially as marketing times lengthen.

An increase in average sales price can reflect a greater share of higher-priced homes selling. It doesn’t automatically mean every home gained value.

The Cheesecake Factory has officially signed a lease and opened its newest location at The Collection at Forsyth in Cu***ng!

The new 6,500-square-foot restaurant joins a lineup of recent additions at the lifestyle center—including Sephora, Warby Parker, and Build-A-Bear Workshop—and has already created over 200 local jobs for the community.
