Third time is the charm and we would not have had it any other way. When my buyers and I went under contract the first time, we were excited. The second time, we were hopeful. The third time? We were ready and this one was worth every single step of the journey.

Watching first-time homebuyers get their keys is honestly one of the best parts of this job. The inspection hiccups, the terminations, the "okay let's keep going" conversations, all of it led to this moment and I could not be more proud of these two for not giving up.
