Work with a REALTOR who has knowledge of and experience in purchasing land.

Don’t…
Forget to get a copy of the survey. (It’s possible you may have to have a new survey done.).

REMEMBER... Let us take the time to remember why today is a holiday! My Dad served in India during World War II. Like so many who served, he rarely talked about his service. I know it must have been a shock for a young man from a small town in Texas to shift the scenario to a ship heading to India to serve his country.
