Flink ADR featured The Honorable (Ret.) Chris Brasher as a panelist at this week's Family Law Section Breakfast, where Domestic Arbitration: Tips and Pitfalls were discussed. Judge Brasher, alongside the esteemed Rebecca Crumrine Rieder and Marvin Solomiany, shared invaluable insights on the benefits of arbitration, which remains an underutilized tool in family law, especially in today's climate of court delays.
