📰 National Review quoted our president, J. Christian Adams, in an article on Virginia voters approving a new gerrymandered congressional map.

John Fund wrote, “Virginia voters have narrowly ratified a preposterous gerrymander designed by the state’s Democratic legislature.” Adams, president of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, said, “Virginia’s redrawn map smothers political diversity.

Rural interests are swallowed up by progressive urban dominance. We have been lectured for years about political gerrymandering by the left. They hate it, until it delivers them power.”

⚖️The Public Interest Legal Foundation reached a settlement with Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes to secure access to key voter roll records.

🗃️These include ERIC “retraction” and “correction” reports identifying voters who were wrongly removed from the rolls as deceased.

⚖️“This settlement is a victory for Arizona voters,” said PILF President J. Christian Adams. “Nonpartisan access to voter roll maintenance procedures is federally mandated and one of the most efficient means of discovering potential errors.”

✅Under the agreement, the state will produce these records and maintain access for up to two years—ensuring greater transparency into how voter rolls are maintained.

📢The Public Interest Legal Foundation commends Rep. Claudia Tenney for continuing to press the New York State Board of Elections on missing voter data.

❎PILF previously found that 3.1 million New York voter registrations—about 23%—were missing any form of personal identifying information. That raises serious transparency and accountability concerns.

✅Rep. Tenney has been one of the few voices consistently pushing for safe and secure elections.

⚖️“Congresswoman Tenney’s tenacity pursuing these flawed records is what makes her a great champion of election integrity,” said PILF President J. Christian Adams. “The Department of Justice should jump in and help with this effort to clean up the voter rolls before the 2026 midterms.”

🗃️Accurate records are foundational to safe and secure elections.
