Yesterday, PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams argued in federal court in downtown L.A. that race cannot be used for the allocation of power in the CA congressional maps.

We can’t use race in this country under the 15th Amendment.

PILF argued that these maps should be thrown out because they were drawn on the basis of race because the legislatures said so.
