It’s always rewarding to see a project come together, especially one that’s been nearly two years in the making.

Congratulations to Larry Henderson and The Avenue Academy on the opening of their new campus at Hoffmantown Shopping Center!

Armistad Real Estate had the pleasure of representing The Avenue Academy in its relocation to approximately 7,100 square feet in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights.

What started as a conversation in November 2024 became a unique commercial real estate transaction requiring patience, flexibility, and collaboration from everyone involved.

Special thanks to Steve Lyon of SVN for working alongside us throughout the process.

It’s exciting to see the finished space now supporting students preparing for careers in the beauty industry.

And thank you to Kylie Garcia and the Albuquerque Journal for highlighting the Academy’s expansion and capturing some great photos of the new campus!

Huge news for the Westside! Great to see new activity and tenants coming to the spaces near The Salt Yard - West.
As a Tenant Rep over here, I know firsthand that finding the right footprint on the Westside is tough right now. Inventory is incredibly tight, demand is massive, and navigating this market takes a strategic approach.
My focus is always people-first: finding solutions for the tenant, not just filling a landlord's asset.

Westside business owners—what’s your biggest hurdle with your current space or lease search? Let's talk strategy.
