We also share various tidbits of information relating to the real estate markets and the benefits of investing in real estate. I have been interested in real estate since I was 13 years old! After many years and working in various fields, I decided to follow my heart and give it a go at real estate. In the spring of 2014, I started wholesaling residential homes on the side, while we were living in

Memphis, TN. During this time, I met several real estate investors and Wholesalers in the area and really began to enjoy this aspect of real estate. In December 2014, my family and I decided to move from Memphis to Albuquerque, NM, to be closer to family. I wanted to continue working in real estate, so I decided to jump in with both feet and start working fulltime in real estate. I got my real estate license in the spring of 2015 and started off as an Associate Broker with a local Commercial Real Estate Firm. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, I learned a great deal about the many, many facets of Commercial Real Estate. In June of 2021, I decided to leave that firm to branch off on my own and started Armistad Real Estate, where I will continue to assist people with their commercial real estate needs.
