Real estate is not a pain, you just gotta call Shane. 🏡

A furniture swap brought Leslie Murff and me together in Nob Hill today. While we were there, she also helped me move a dresser into one of my casitas.

Since we were already meeting in person, we took the opportunity to do our recurring one-on-one coaching session live.

That is the real estate business. It is relationships, collaboration, investing, learning, and sometimes getting your hands dirty to get the job done.

We wrapped up with coffee at Little Bear Coffee Co., where I tried the Little Bear Latte for the first time. ☕️
