At Parnall Law, fighting for New Mexico goes beyond the courtroom.

This summer, our founder/CEO Bert Parnall is partnering with Sandia Judo to launch a dedicated program for boys ages 8 to 15. As a 3rd Degree Black Belt and longtime instructor at Sandia Judo, Bert believes that teaching young men discipline, resilience, and respect is one of the most powerful investments we can make in the next generation.

Boys ages 8 to 15 are invited to train directly under Bert this summer for just $50 for the entire program. Outside the age range? Contact Bert directly — exceptions considered!

Most people in Albuquerque know Car Crafters. But not many know the story behind it.

Jim Guthrie started fixing cars in his parents' garage as a teenager. When the business got too big, mom and dad gave him a simple choice: go back to school or find a shop. On January 2nd, 1982, he signed his first lease with a borrowed Nissan pickup and never looked back.

Four decades later, that decision became Car Crafters, an Indianapolis 500 appearance, a private museum of rare classic cars right here in Albuquerque, software that Progressive and AAA still use today, and a life spent competing at just about everything with wheels or water under it.

In this episode of Living Under New Mexico Skies, brought to you by Parnall Law, we went straight to Guthrie's garage and heard the whole story.
