If your commercial building had wind or hail damage and your insurance claim got denied, don't accept that as the final answer.

Here's a tactic insurance companies use constantly:

They'll try to pin your damage on a storm from a different time period and claim you're excluded from the reporting period in your policy. It can be a bad-faith denial, and it happens all the time with commercial real estate properties like warehouses and large buildings in West Texas.
