ข่าวเย็นประเด็นร้อน - จบลงด้วยดีแล้ว กรณีหัวหน้างานพาลูกน้องกว่า 20 คน เลี้ยงฉลองวันเกิดแต่ไม่ยอมจ่ายเงิน ล่าสุดฝ่ายลูกค้ายอมจ่ายเงินแล้ว

กรณีเจ้าของร้านอาหารแห่งหนึ่ง ตั้งอยู่ภายในซอยนำชัย หมู่ 9 ตำบลหนองปรือ อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี ได้เข้าแจ้งความกับพนักงานสอบสวน สภ.บางละมุงว่าถูกหัวหน้าพนักงานอะโกโก้ แห่งหนึ่งย่านซอยบัวขาว จองร้านจัดงานวันเกิดให้ลูกน้องกว่า 20 คน โดยเข้ามาใช้บริการตั้งแต่เวลา 04.00 น. วันที่ 29 มกราคม สั่งอาหาร และ เครื่องดื่มไม่อั้น ดื่ม กินอย่างเต็มที่ จนถึง 08.00 น. พอเช็คบิลค่าอาหารมาประมาณ 15,000 บาท กลับไม่ยอมจ่าย อ้างโดนโกงราคาเครื่องดื่ม ที่ทางร้านจัดโปรโมชั่น เบียร์ 3 ขวด 170 บาท แต่ทางลูกค้าสั่งครั้งละ 1 ขวด และเข้าใจไปเองว่าร้านคงคิดราคาโพรโมชันให้ แต่พอคิดเงินมาทางร้านกลับเป็นราคาขวดละ 100 บาท

ล่าสุด ทนายความของฝั่งลูกค้า เดินทางมาที่ สภ.บางละมุง เพื่อมาไกล่เกลี่ยกับเจ้าของร้านอาหาร ถึงเรื่องการสื่อสารที่ไม่เข้าใจกัน และทนายขอให้คิดค่าเครื่องดื่มตามโพรโมชัน ด้านเจ้าร้าน ตกลงยอมลดราคา เป็นราคาเครื่องดื่มรวมค่าอาหารเป็นเงิน 9,528 บาท โดยทนายความฝั่งลูกค้าบอกว่า ก็รู้สึกเห็นใจที่ทางร้านเสียประโยชน์ ตนเองจึงยอมจ่ายเงินช่วยอีก 2,000 บาท เพราะอยากให้เรื่องจบอย่างแฮปปีเอนดิง

วันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 13.00 -18.00 นาฬิกา ศูนย์ไกล่เกลี่ยและประนอมข้อพิพาท ศาลจังหวัดพัทยา ได้ดําเนินการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาททางแพ่งทั้งก่อนฟ้องและหลังฟ้อง ผลการไกล่เกลี่ยทั้งสองคดีสามารถตกลงกันได้โดยทําสัญญาประนีประนอมยอมความ และศาลมีคําพิพากษาตามยอม รวมทุนทรัพย์ 14,107,099.50 บาทส่งผลให้คู่พิพาทในคดีไกล่เกลี่ยก่อนฟ้องสามารถยุติข้อพิพาทได้ด้วยความสะดวก รวดเร็ว ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย และเป็นธรรม โดยไม่ต้องฟ้องร้องคดีต่อศาลและสามารถรักษาสัมพันธภาพที่ดีของคู่พิพาทไว้ได้ และส่งผลให้คดีกรณีไกล่เกลี่ยหลังฟ้องเสร็จไปจากศาลโดยไม่ต้องมีการสืบพยาน และสามารถยกเลิกวันนัดสืบพยานที่มีนัดต่อเนื่องได้อันเป็นการส่งเสริมกระบวนการระงับข้อพิพาททางเลือกเพื่อให้ความขัดแย้งยุติลงด้วยความสมานฉันท์ ตามนโยบายประธานศาลฎีกา "ที่พึ่ง"ศาลยุติธรรมพร้อมเป็นที่พึ่งของประชาชนในโอกาสแรกที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อนหรือมีข้อพิพาท ณ ศาลจังหวัดพัทยา ตําบลหนองปรือ อําเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรีศาลจังหวัดพัทยา ไกล่เกลี่ยสําเร็จ
