If the government of South Sudan, leaves Nasir town, greator Upper Nile region, for the White Army Malitia, an other Malitia, greator Bhar el-Ghazal region, would also take over, a town, therein, an other Malitia, greator Equtoria region, would also take over, a town, therein, and finally, a so-called National Malitia(NM), would take over, Juba, the capital city of the Republic of South Sudan; and we would therefore, become the Malitia Republic of South Sudan!

Believe me or not, nobody, whatsoever the case may be, is in a position of convincing the government of South Sudan, and its SSPDF(army), to accepting the SPLM/IO & WA, of Riek Machar, be controlling the Nasir town, Upper Nile state, South Sudan, by force; indefinitely. And therefore, the only solution, is the withdrawal, therefrom!

I absolutely believed what UPDF Army Chief Gen. Muhoozi said because in 2014 President Kiir signed a secret agreement with Uganda government to deploy UPDF in Bor. There have been reports of UPDF deployment in South Sudan secretly for years. Now, the Uganda Army Chief have confirmed it.

However, what pains me so much is the fact that President Kiir and his cohorts are ready to spend millions of dollars to deploy UPDF in Juba. Whereas, they can’t pay our soldiers the very little pounds they’re entitled to.

The deployment of UPDF without fulfilling the Constitutional requirement and unilaterally will escalate the conflict further regionally. I hope IGAD Head of States summit tomorrow will task both South Sudan and Uganda to explain what’s really happening.
