For this case, my clients had already found the condo they wanted before their HDB was ready to be marketed.

So this wasnโ€™t simply about selling fast.

We had to carefully work backwards โ€” negotiate enough time for their condo purchase, prepare their HDB for sale, launch it at the right time and make sure everything flowed according to plan.
