GADDEN is Gothenburg's School of Business, Economics and Law career fair for economists, logistics, environmental scientists and lawyers. Every year GADDEN is visited by thousands of students and several of Sweden's largest companies and organizations.

Are you the next?

🐝 Head of Company Relations
As Head of Company Relations, you are the primary link between GADDEN and its exhibitors. You are responsible for maintaining relationships with previous exhibitors while reaching out to new companies.

🐝 Head of Communications
As Head of Communications, you are responsible for how GADDEN is marketed across all channels. You will be a part of the marketing team, mainly responsible for producing content and ensuring that the right information is communicated.

🐝 Head of Logistics
As Head of Logistics you will work closely with the Head of Fair and together have the overall responsibility for the fair’s physical structure. You will plan, coordinate and oversee logistics during the fair days.

🐝 Head of Sustainability
As Head of Sustainability, your main responsibility is to develop and strengthen GADDEN’s sustainability efforts and minimize our carbon footprint throughout the entire project. This role gives you the opportunity to find new exciting ways to work towards sustainability!

Project Leader
Lead the project, guide the team and coordinate the work throughout the year.

Vice PL & HR
Support the PL, keep the project on track and make sure the team feels good and supported.

CFO
Handle all finances, from budgeting, expenses, income and payments after the fair.

Head of Sustainability
Develop GADDEN’s sustainability work and explore new ways to reduce our carbon footprint.

Head of Events
Plan and organize all events, from crew dinners and mingles to the final banquet.

Head of Marketing
Set the marketing strategy and shape how GADDEN appears across all channels.

Art Director
Create all graphic design and help build the year’s theme. No experience required, just willingness to learn.

Head of Corporate Relations
Manage sponsor contacts, book speakers and handle goodie bags, prizes and food & drinks.

Head of Company Relations
Be the main contact for all exhibitors and manage the participation of around 100 companies.

Interview Sessions
Plan the interview schedule and coordinate between companies and students.

Head of Fair
Oversee the fair’s physical setup and make sure everything runs smoothly on-site.
