💬How does interview session work?

20-minute 1-on-1: You and the company representative have 20 minutes to talk in a relaxed environment. It’s an informal chat where they might share insights about their role, or take the time to get to know you better.

Where & how?: Depending on the company, the sessions take place either physically in rooms at the school, digitally via a link, or as 40-minute case and networking sessions at the company’s own office.

đŸ€ Vilka företag trĂ€ffade du, och varför? Jag trĂ€ffade EY, KPMG och Grant Thornton. Jag var nyfiken pĂ„ hur det Ă€r att arbeta pĂ„ de större revisionsbyrĂ„erna och ville fĂ„ en bĂ€ttre inblick i yrket.

💬 Hur var samtalet upplagt? Som en informell jobbintervju, men mer lĂ€ttsam och avslappnad! Jag fick berĂ€tta om mig sjĂ€lv, företagen berĂ€ttade om sin verksamhet och jag fick stĂ€lla alla mina frĂ„gor.

🚀 Ledde kontakten till nĂ„got mer? Ja! Samtalet med EY ledde till deras Talent Training-program, vilket ledde vidare till en intervju. Idag arbetar jag som Audit Associate pĂ„ EY!

💡 Tips pĂ„ hur man förbereder sig? LĂ€s pĂ„ lite om företaget innan och förbered nĂ„gra frĂ„gor, det visar att du Ă€r intresserad. Men i övrigt: var dig sjĂ€lv sĂ„ blir det bra!

🎓 Varför borde alla söka i Ă„r? För att knyta nya kontakter, stĂ€lla frĂ„gor direkt till branschen och öva pĂ„ intervjusituationen. Det kan leda till mycket mer Ă€n man tror - vilket det faktiskt gjorde för mig!

VĂ„r Art Director Cajsa Ă€r vĂ„r kreativa hjĂ€rna och personen som ser nĂ€r nĂ„got ligger tvĂ„ millimeter fel. Mika from Laholm, Cajsa from Kalmar and Rawand from Gothenburg; three cities, three roles and one trio desperately trying to bring GADDEN’s TikTok back to life. 😛 So, if you suddenly spot people running around in yellow bucket hats, or GADDEN somehow shows up on your feed for the third time in one day, it’s probably our fault. 🐝💛

Our Art Director, Cajsa, is the creative brain of GADDEN and the person who notices when something is two millimetres out of place. Mika, our Head of Marketing, is our very own Graham Potter, keeping an eye on the bigger picture and trying to get GADDEN’s marketing playing better than ever. ⚜ Last but not least, there’s Rawand, our Head of Communications. Möt Rasmus Halonen & Ida Molin, duon bakom kulisserna som fĂ„r hela GADDEN-showen att faktiskt fungera. 🎬 Lite som pĂ„ en Taylor Swift-konsert: alla ser det fĂ€rdiga resultatet, men nĂ„gon mĂ„ste se till att scenen stĂ„r, allt kommer fram och rĂ€tt person Ă€r pĂ„ rĂ€tt plats. PĂ„ GADDEN Ă€r de personerna Rasmus & Ida. đŸ€

Årets mĂ€ssansvarig Rasmus Ă€r mannen med planen. Han har koll pĂ„ hur hela mĂ€ssan ska byggas upp och Ă€r definitivt personen man letar efter nĂ€r nĂ„got inte riktigt gĂ„r enligt plan. 😅 VĂ„r Logistikansvarig, Ida Ă€r GADDENs kontrollcentral och ser till att transporter, leveranser och mĂ€nniskor faktiskt hamnar dĂ€r de ska och nĂ€r de ska.

Time to introduce the final duo in GADDEN’s 2026 Project Committee! 🐝

Meet Rasmus Halonen & Ida Molin, the duo behind the scenes making sure the entire GADDEN show actually works. 🎬Think of a Taylor Swift concert: everyone sees the finished show, but someone has to make sure the stage is standing, everything arrives and the right people are in the right place. At GADDEN, those people are Rasmus & Ida. đŸ€

This year®s Head of Fair is Rasmus, the man with the plan. He keeping track of how the entire fair comes together and definitely the person you want to find when things don’t quite go according to plan 😅. Ida, Head of Logistics is GADDEN’s control centre. She makes sure transport, deliveries and people actually end up where they’re supposed to be, when they’re supposed to be there.

Together, they’re responsible for the entire practical side of GADDEN from venues and setup to transport and everything that needs to come together during the fair days.⭐

So if you walk into GADDEN and think “wow, they really have everything under control”
